The Showcase House

Designed to Inspire

Every year, the Showcase House brings together the Guild’s freshest ideas under one roof. Builders submit pieces that push their designs in new directions, and a panel of designers and local industry experts selects the ones that will work together throughout the house. From there, the designers choose finishes, colors, hardware, and fabrics to create a cohesive look, while letting each piece keep its own lasting appeal.

The result is a glimpse of what’s possible. Furniture from different builders comes together with intention, proving that a strong room doesn’t need a matching collection. It just needs pieces that belong together. Walk through, and you’ll see how those same pairings could work on your own floor and in your customers’ homes.

The Process

Day One: Judging Day
Our designers and local design experts review builder submissions, focusing on craftsmanship, design, and overall fit.

Day Two: Selection Day
The designers work through the details, selecting wood species, colors and finishes, and hardware.
Designers include Laura Fox of Laura Fox Interiors, Maggie O’Hare from Sherwin Williams, Sadie Beachy from S. Flynn, and Sierra Beachy from SB Designs.

This process ensures the Showcase House feels cohesive while highlighting the unique craftsmanship of each builder.

The Giveaway

The Showcase House giveaway draws more excitement every year. On the second day of Market, the furniture featured in each of the nine room settings will be awarded to a different retailer, giving nine winners the opportunity to bring market-featured pieces directly into their showrooms.

How to Enter

Pick up your nine entry tickets at the Showcase House entrance.
Place your tickets in the ballot boxes. Enter all nine tickets in your favorite room(s) or spread them out.

Winner Announcement

Ballot boxes close at 10:00am on April 7, 2027.
Winners will be announced at 10:30am on April 7, 2027.
Must be present to win.
Winners will have 15 minutes to claim their prize.
